Our Auditorium is consistently full, leaving new people to feel like there isn’t enough space for them.

Our Kids Ministry is stretched to capacity and we often reach our maximum classroom limits, having to turn children away from attending Kids Ministry during our weekend services.
Parking Spots
Every week, OneLifers and visitors are parking in surrounding lots because we don’t have enough parking spots in our lot.

The youth outgrew their venue over a year ago for their Wednesday night gathering.
Operations
Office space for staff and interns, rooms for classes, training and counseling, and space for a base of operations for outreach into our city is sorely lacking.

The Numbers
The Increase Campaign is a $5.1M total project that will be divided into three phases, each phase starting as the money needed for each phase is contributed.
Phase 1 - $2.6M
Our first priority is to increase our space so that we can continue welcoming people to our weekend services. Phase 1 includes the new building with the first floor built out, the north parking lot (already complete), the west parking lot (originally slated for phase 2 but we have an opportunity to meet the demand of growing parking needs by moving this to phase 1), an outdoor community space, and an expanded auditorium in our current building. The first floor of the new building will include a largely expanded kids ministry space, a 350 seat auditorium for youth and worship services, additional meeting spaces, and a coffee shop. To complete this phase we need to raise a total of $2.6M. To date we have raised $2.0M.
Phase 2 - $600K
Once phase 1 is completed, we can begin to set ourselves up for growth in our ministries and operations. Phase 2 includes building out the second floor of the new building. This means adding an elevator, AC and electrical infrastructure, and a full build-out of a 10,000 sqft office space.
Phase 3 - $2.9M
In the final phase, we look to pay off the mortgage. By paying off our mortgage, we are able to allocate those financial resources into more ministries within our city and expand our reach for the Gospel through the world.
