Reflect on the new life Jesus has given you. You are a new creation and not the same as you once were! Spend a few moments praising God that you have been brought from death to life, and that you will live forever with Him.

Think about the truth that you are not your own - you belong completely to God. Physically posture yourself on your knees before Him and acknowledge that your body, your soul, and fullness of who you are belong to Him alone.
